Ordering Procedure

For Indian Customers

Email or send us a message regarding your enquiry.
We will send our detailed proposal with product price list.
You have to specify the order details like purchase quantity, packaging & labeling requirements, preferred shipping mode, etc.
The total amount will be quoted to you (product prices, plus shipping cost)
Once you’re given the total payable amount and you’re okay with it, pay immediately via Paytm/Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
The order processing time is 3-7 working days (from the data of payment), depends on the product availability and order volume.
The delivery time is 3-5 working days for orders shipped via India Post Speed Post (EMS) or DTDC courier.
The delivery time is 7-12 working days for orders shipped via India Post Registered Parcel.

For International Customers
