Are your products safe for my hair & skin?
Our products contain 100% natural and organic bioactive ingredients, derived from herbal plants that do not cause any side-effect or damage to your body and skin. We do not adulterate any toxic chemical and synthetic ingredient like Artificial Coloring/Aroma Agents, Oxidizing Agent (Peroxides, Ammonia, Resorcinol, Persulfates, Amines, PPD, etc.), Metallic Salts (Lead Acetate, EDTA, etc.), or Preservatives (Parabens, Phthalates, etc.) in our products. So, all of our herbal products are 100% Natural, safe and completely hypo-allergenic.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all of our herbal products are 100% VEGAN and CRUELTY-FREE! Any of our products does not contain any animal-derived ingredients, and no animal has ever been used to test any of our ingredients, any phase of development or our finished products.

How can I get a list of your products and the prices?

How to order a product samples?
The samples are available upon request and usually ready to dispatch within 24hrs. after receiving advance payment for it.

Do you provide free samples?
No, we do not provide free samples! For sampling orders, you have to pay retail product price plus shipping cost in advance through TT or PayPal. But when you will place a bulk order in the near future, we will refund you the sample product cost by subtracting it from the total amount of the order.

How to place an order?

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For retail orders, MOQ is 1kg.per product and for bulk orders, it is 10kg. per product. Our retail/wholesale product prices depends on the order quantity so with the increased volume, you get more discounts.

Where do you ship your products?
We ship our products to almost every country, where the FedEx, DHL or any other logistics company can deliver the goods!

What are the available shipping modes?
We offer most cost effective shipping options to our customers, by considering their requirements regarding short delivery time or low shipping cost! We ship though Air Courier (Door-to-door), Air Cargo (Port-to-port), Sea (LCL / FCL) or Multimodal transport, as preferred by the customer.

Is it possible to order your products for doorstep delivery?
Yes, we can deliver our products to your door-step through door-to-door services of FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, Aramex, Bombino, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, USPS or India Post.

What are the general pricing terms and allowed trade terms?
Our price list is prepared in accordance with the ‘EXW JAIPUR, INDIA’ Inco-term 2020. But we book orders at FCA, CPT, CIP, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DPU and DDP Inco-terms 2020, depending upon the client’s requirements.

How long are the price quotes valid?
In general, all the provided price quotes are valid for 30 calendar days and are subject to availability or prior sale. If due to dramatic market fluctuations, the prices of raw material increased significantly, we may update our prices accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?
For domestic orders, we accept payment through UPI, NEFT, IMPS, PhonePe, Google Pay, PayTM and PayU money. For international retail orders, we accept payment through PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe and SWIFT (Bank-to-Bank TT). For international bulk orders, we also accept payments through LC that must be confirmed by any International Prime Bank and read as Irrevocable, Unconditional, Unrestricted, Divisible, Transferable, Stand-By and Unencumbered for entire shipment, valid for 75 days from confirmation date and Payable 100% At Sight upon presentation of shipping documents at seller's bank counter.

When will I be charged?
Once you confirm the order by accepting our price quote and trade terms, our team will send you all the details for making payment for your order.

Who will bear the transaction charges or bank fee?
For SWIFT (TT), you have to bear all fees charged your bank and we will pay the charges of our bank. So, you have to opt "SHA" (Shared) payment instruction during payment initiation at your bank. If our account does not receive the full invoice value quoted for your order, we will remove the goods from your order equal to the amount deducted by your bank. For PayPal or other online payment gateways, you have to bear all of the payment transaction fees levied on the quoted invoice value.

How the order is confirmed?
Once we will receive your payment, our sales team will give you the payment confirmation over email.

Why I have not received an order confirmation email?
We only consider an order to be confirmed when we receive its payment in advance. Till the time we have not received your payment, you won’t get the order confirmation email. For prompt assistance, you can call us on +91-978484235 or whats app us with transition id.

How long is the order processing time?
We process and dispatch all the orders promptly so the delivery time could be reduced significantly. For small orders up to 100kgs., order processing time is strictly 2 working days; for orders up to 1-ton, OPT is 5-7 working days depending on the availability of product(s); and for bulk FCL orders up to 10-tons, OPT varies between 20-25 working days. For orders larger than 10-tons, we prefer split shipments, so that our customer could sell/distribute the goods without waiting for another one month!

How long does delivery take?
We work very hard to ensure on-schedule delivery of all the orders. We could deliver the goods anywhere in the World within 5-7 business days using express services of FedEx & DHL. Economy mode of FedEx, DHL, TNT, Aramex and Bombino may take up to 9-15 business days for the doorstep delivery. India Post EMS & RAP may take 10-30 business days to deliver the goods. The transit times in case of the Sea or Multimodal shipments would be equal to or sometimes more than 30 business days.

Do you provide me onsite support or after sales services within the country or outside the country?
In order to resolve all the queries and concerns of our customers, we provide all-round after-sales support and assistance. Our assistance services are available for our domestic as well as overseas customers.

How do we learn the process of using rudraksh herbal powders or Natural hair Dyes?
We provide soft and hard copy of ‘How to use instructions’ with each of our product, through which you can learn the application method very easily. In addition to it, we also provide after sales support to resolve all the queries or concerns of our customers.

I have a retail shop. How can I sell your products?
Please email us all your details and also the products that you would like to sell. We will offer you our wholesale price quotes valid only for our resellers. You may add your profit margins on your gross purchase cost. Any reseller, by our written prior-permission, is free to sell our products on his physical shop or e-store with full protection of their interests in terms of retail selling prices.

Would you assist me how to handle import process?
Don’t worry, at all! We will provide you step-by-step guidance regarding all aspects of the importing process, including the import customs clearance procedure of your country. We have accumulated extensive experience of the international trade so we assure you of our full support and assistance.

What is your order cancellation process?
The orders can be canceled or amended, at any time before dispatch, by writing an email to rudrakshherbals@gmail.com. If it has not already been shipped, you will receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it.

How to request return and refund?
To ensure total customer satisfaction, we offer 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with the products received, place a request of ‘Return & Refund’ at rudrakshherbals@gmail.com. We will process your request within one working day and will update you. For availing the full product refund, you should return the purchased product(s) within 30 days of the invoice date, keeping the following in mind:
  • Goods should be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Refunds for returned products will be issued only for the amount of material returned in its original condition and packing. Original condition means unused, unopened, undamaged, with the packaging and any tamper-proof seals intact.
  • The return package should be insured and traceable. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
  • We will not refund original shipping & handling fees or return shipping & handling fees except in the case of manufacturer’s defect.
  • We will not refund or re-ship any customer whose orders are not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to us.
  • We will refund buyer money within 7 days of receipt of the returned product(s).
  • Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place buyer order.

How do I get a refund for the failed delivery or refused shipment?
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempt(s) by the shipping company, or if you decide to refuse a shipment, you will be fully responsible for the original shipping charges charged to buyer, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Rudraksh Herbals. This amount will be subtracted from your total order value and the balance will be refunded to you within 7 working days after receiving the retuned shipment.
